The California Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs funds the Community Prevention Initiative (CPI), to develop, strengthen and support cross-systems community prevention efforts to reduce and prevent the many issues related to substance abuse in communities throughout California.
In partnership with the Center for Applied Research Solutions, ONTRACK provides customized consulting services designed specifically to help community and faith-based organizations, schools, and public agencies build capacity to work with traditionally underserved or disadvantaged ethnic groups.
Services are provided COST-FREE, utilizing a pool of professional consultants with a wide variety of expertise. Consulting services are customized to meet organizational needs in areas such as: program development/design, program management, strategic planning, marketing and outreach and resource/fund development.
ONTRACK also offers regional trainings that disseminate information about model practices and effective strategies for increasing programming effectiveness.
